AKYON CHEMICAL is a manufacturer of potting compounds, PU resin and PU encapsulant chemicals, operating from Kathwada, Ahmedabad, Gujarat since 2023. We supply capacitor, transformer, LED driver and filter manufacturers across India with consistent, application-tuned polyurethane systems.

What we make

Our two-component polyurethane systems are supplied as matched resin and hardener sets, with viscosity, pot life and hardness tuned to each customer's potting line. Typical applications include capacitor potting, transformer and zatka coil encapsulation, LED driver protection, cable jointing kits and HEPA filter bonding.
